About Ken
Ken is an Associate in HFW’s Shipping team, based in Hong Kong. He has experience advising ship owners, charterers, P&I clubs, H&M insurers, banks and financial leasing institutions on shipping and trade related disputes under Hong Kong courts, the HKIAC, HKMAG, LCIA, LMAA, SCIA and SCMA. His experience covers a wide range of maritime and commercial matters, including disputes arising from charterparties, bills of lading, sale and purchase agreements, ship operations, and ship management.
Outside of the maritime sector, Ken has experience in asset recovery, commercial litigation, shareholder and contractual disputes, and has also advised liquidators, trustees, administrators, creditors and debtors on Hong Kong insolvency and restructuring matters.
Ken is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
