Charlotte Henriksen is an Associate in HFW’s Aerospace team in London.
Charlotte specialises in asset finance transactions, focusing on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters involving high-value mobile assets. She advises financial institutions, lessors, borrowers, operators, ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices across the corporate jet and commercial aviation markets.
Her expertise covers a broad range of aviation finance matters, from private jet acquisitions, loan facilities, operating leases and security arrangements, through to aircraft and engine financings, sale and leaseback transactions, restructurings, and portfolio-level financing structures.
Charlotte also has experience in shipping transactions, including vessel sale and purchase, sale and leaseback structures, secured financings, novations and commercial contracts, as well as sanctions and geopolitical risk matters. This cross-sector experience across complex asset classes, jurisdictions and deal structures strengthens Charlotte’s perspective and approach to aviation finance.
