About Ollie
Ollie is a Senior Associate in HFW’s Aerospace team.
He advises on high-value, cross-border aviation transactions, with a particular emphasis on business aviation. He acts for financiers, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, owners and operators across the full lifecycle of business aircraft transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, secured and lease financings (including PDP financings), outfitting and completion arrangements, and related operational and ownership structures. He also has experience advising aviation registries in connection with aircraft ownership and registration matters.
Ollie advises on commercial aviation matters, acting for financiers, lessors and operators on a broad range of aircraft and engine financings, loan portfolio acquisitions, leasing transactions, sale and purchase transactions, novations and restructurings.
