Anton is a Senior Associate in HFW’s Aerospace team.
Anton specialises in complex, structured and cross-border asset finance transactions, with a particular focus on business aviation and high-value mobile assets. His work is centred on the structuring and execution of sophisticated financing arrangements, including PDP financings, multi-jurisdictional secured and leasing structures and bespoke capital solutions for private aircraft and other asset classes.
He regularly advises financiers, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, operators and family offices on transactions involving private jets, as well as on broader asset-backed platforms and portfolio structures. Anton also has experience in alternative assets and emerging asset classes, including transactions involving digital and crypto assets, as well as hybrid financing structures bridging traditional and non-traditional markets.
In addition, Anton has many years of experience in commercial aviation, advising on complex financings, refinancings, restructurings and cross-border asset transactions and has extensive experience acting for flag carrier airlines, global banks and leasing companies on leasing, financing and portfolio trading transactions.
