Simon Petch is a Partner in HFW’s Shipping team, specialising in finance, projects and other non-contentious matters.
Simon advises banks and other financiers, owners and operators, and other sector participants on all aspects of maritime finance, security, sale and purchase, shipbuilding and conversion contracts, chartering, and vessel management. He has also been involved on a number of high-profile public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate matters and work-out transactions.
Simon is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
