About Jason

Jason is a Special Counsel in HFW’s Construction team. His speciality is twofold: advising, drafting and negotiating construction contracts and ancillary documents for commercial, civil and industrial construction projects and acting for both claimants and respondents in high-value adjudication disputes across Australia. He also has particular experience in complex quantum disputes in both traditional and alternative dispute resolution forums.

Jason has advised on some of Australia’s most significant adjudication cases, demonstrating deep expertise in navigating complex security of payment regimes across multiple jurisdictions and delivering successful outcomes in adjudication and subsequent litigation for major infrastructure and energy projects.

Jason has been recognised as a ‘recommended’ Queensland construction and infrastructure lawyer (Doyles Guide, 2024-2025).
