About Melanie
Melanie is a Senior Associate in HFW’s Melbourne office who specialises in our Shipping and Commodities sectors. She has a particular interest and expertise in dispute resolution and litigation and has acted for ports, vessel owners, P&I Clubs, commodity traders and transport and logistics providers and their insurers.
Melanie also has experience advising on regulatory compliance cases within the marine and transport sectors and in drafting and advising on various shipping, grain exporting and transport related contracts.
Melanie has been listed since the 2023 edition of Doyle’s Guide as a Rising Star Lawyer for Australian Transport Law.
