HFW advises the parent company of GME on acquisition of Eylex

Global, sector-focused law firm HFW has advised the parent company of GME, one of Australia’s largest manufacturers and wholesalers of quality radio communications products, on its acquisition of Eylex, a Sydney-based provider of mission-critical communications products.

GME’s acquisition of Eylex, whose portfolio includes mission-critical communication products and services for defence and emergency services customers, complements its ongoing interest and investment in the defence, security, and resilience sectors.

The acquisition, which gives GME full ownership and management control of Eylex, will also enhance GME’s growth and diversification opportunities.
