About Pearl
Pearl is an associate in the Shipping team based in Hong Kong.
She has experience advising on all aspects of insurance litigation. In particular, she advises ferry companies and their P&I Clubs on crew claims under the Employees’ Compensation Ordinance, personal injury claims, recovery actions, coroners’ inquests, criminal prosecutions, fatal accidents and cargo claims.
She leverages her negotiation skills to achieve efficient out-of-court settlements and adopts a pragmatic and effective approach to dispute resolution.
Pearl is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
