About Stephanie
Stephanie is a Senior Associate in HFW’s Commodities (Insolvency) team, based in Melbourne. Stephanie has experience working in the Australian legal market on a variety of high value disputes before the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Federal Court of Australia.
Stephanie acts for liquidators, administrators and receivers and managers in insolvency and restructuring cases. She specialises in large, corporate insolvency litigation, including litigation funded matters. She is experienced conducting liquidators’ investigations, identifying large-scale claims and managing public examinations. She is well-versed in litigation funding agreement negotiations with various stakeholders.
Her general commercial dispute experience spans disputes related to financial services, trading issues, insurance products and misleading and deceptive conduct. She has prosecuted class actions involving insurance purchases.
