About John
John is an Associate in HFW’s Insurance & Reinsurance team, based in Melbourne. John has considerable experience and interest in all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with particular expertise in complex and large-scale commercial litigation and class actions across Australia and Papua New Guinea, at both original and appellate level.
Prior to joining HFW, John served as an associate to the Justice B J Collier of the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme and National Courts of Papua New Guinea, as well as a senior associate to Deputy President B J McCabe of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (as his Honour and was), the head the taxation and commercial division.
