George is an English-qualified shippingand trade lawyer based in our Monaco office. He has a wide practice,encompassing contentious wet, dry and international trade & commoditiesmatters as well as general commercial disputes.
George’s shipping practice isparticularly focused on charterparty disputes, cargo claims, yachting and contracts forthe supply and carriage of goods by sea.
He is equally involved in internationaltrade & commodities disputes, with a particular focus on petroleumproducts.
George has primarily acted inarbitration, both ad-hoc and under the LMAA rules, but also has High Courtexperience, including both the Commercial and Admiralty Courts.
The 2024 edition of Legal 500 EMEA recognised George as a “Rising Star” in Commercial, Corporate, and M&A.
