Vince is a Partner in HFW’s Corporate and Commercial team. He has substantial experience in transactional work including corporate structuring, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, funds and regulatory work. He has been based in the Middle East for over 20 years and in particular has advised on infrastructure and projects transactions in the region and Africa, the Caribbean and Australia.
