Matthew is experienced in high value, complex and cross-border commercial litigation cases involving shareholder disputes, cryptocurrency, professional negligence, fraud and insolvency as well as probate disputes.  He regularly appears as an advocate before the Hong Kong Courts on matters ranging from mandatory disclosure, garnishee proceedings, security for costs and other interlocutory orders.
