About Louise

Louise is a Senior Associate in HFW’s Shipping team, based in Rotterdam.

She specialises in international commercial dispute resolution with an expertise in high value complex litigation. Louise has acted in numerous arbitrations and proceedings before the English Commercial and Admiralty Court. Louise advises on and handles disputes in respect of all types of shipping contracts as well as casualties. As part of her non contentious practice, Louise has worked on drafting bunker supply contracts, charterparties, MOAs, bill of lading terms, pool agreements and ship management agreements to name a few.
