Kristen is a Special Counsel in HFW’s Corporate & Commercial team and has over 20 years’ experience practicing in workplace relations as an advocate, solicitor and in-house specialist. She has a particularly strong industrial relations focus, advising companies in highly unionised industries in industrial and employment cases including disputes, right of entry requests, union coverage, disciplinary issues, investigations, dismissal and discrimination claims.

Kristen has also worked as an in-house workplace relations specialist for the largest division of a publicly listed building construction material company, and on secondment for a leading wholesale distribution company, which has businesses across the food, grocery, hardware and liquor sectors. Kristen works with clients over a wide range of industries including the food manufacturing, grocery, liquor, logistics, construction, manufacturing and professional services industries.
