He is highly regarded for his expertise in complex, cross-border financial transactions, including ship finance, tax-leveraged structures, syndicated loans, bond issuances, export credit, and restructuring.

Jean-Marc regularly acts on secured and unsecured financings, both domestic and international, and is known for his commercial acumen and solution-driven approach.
