Rami has been admitted to the Jordanian Bar Association since 2008 and previously practised with a reputable Jordanian law firm working primarily for the litigation department. He has been handling all types of litigation including matters involving civil litigation, insurance claims, commercial, and property disputes. He has appeared before all levels of Jordanian Courts as an advocate and drafted pleadings for various disputes.

Rami joined a UAE based law firm in 2010 and worked for insurance & transport department, where he was involved in shipping cases, aviation, insurance claims and other types of disputes including criminal proceedings. Rami joined HFW shipping , offshore and logistics team in 2014.

Rami has experience in dispute resolution including civil, commercial and criminal litigation disputes. Also Rami acts in complex shipping continuous disputes, particularly on arrests of vessels, both domestically and regionally, and has acted for port operators, shipowners, leading bunker suppliers, operators in relation to cargo claims, charterparties disputes, criminal shipping disputes, collision and other matters.

Rami is qualified in Jordan.

The firm's Dubai office opened in 2006 and has grown significantly over the years.

Now with 13 partners, 1 legal director and 26 associates, the office offers both GCC clients and international clients with operations in the region an integrated service covering dispute resolution, transactions and regulation across a number of industry sectors. Our team of lawyers, many of whom are Arabic speakers, come from diverse backgrounds and have a strong understanding of and established working relationships with government departments, regulatory bodies, agencies and locally qualified lawyers throughout the GCC region.
