He has acted for airlines, operators and others in a number of major losses and has been actively involved in other significant aviation and insurance cases in a number of Latin American jurisdictions. He headed the group's practice in Latin America and Caribbean until 2019
Jeremy also provides contractual advice to a number of companies in the airline and airport sectors, and has acted in London arbitrations of importance to the aviation insurance market.
