HFW Continues To Expand Transactional Practice With Paris Corporate Partner Hire
Global, sector-focused law firm HFW has continued to expand its global transactional offering with the hire of senior corporate partner Aline Poncelet.
Aline specialises in French corporate, M&A and capital markets work, and joins HFW's Paris office from Paul Hastings.
She will work closely with HFW's Paris finance team, including partners Diane de Moüy, Jean-Marc Zampa and Richard Jadot.

Aline has more than 25 years' experience in public and private M&A, capital markets, share issues, takeover bids, financial services and corporate governance. She acts on behalf of listed and private corporations, insurance companies, financial institutions, fintech and investment funds.

Aline's arrival continues HFW's significant expansion of its global corporate and finance practices.
HFW has now added 18 transactional partners since 2018, including lateral hires in Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, Houston, London, Monaco, Paris and Singapore.
The firm recently opened in Monaco with the hire of a market-leading team and has now completed 11 international office openings, mergers and associations since 2016, including a fully-integrated US merger and other moves in Brazil, China, Indonesia and the Middle East.
