Gordon advises on Hong Kong and English law issues in contentious and non-contentious matters across the spectrum of aviation companies and their insurers, including airlines, airports, ground handlers, cargo terminals, maintenance and repair organisations, business jet operators and managers, fixed base operators, and product manufacturers.

He has a broad range of experience of contentious aerospace matters in several jurisdictions, including litigation, class actions, inquests and a UK Government-appointed independent review. He also regularly advises on non-contentious issues, including advice on commercial agreements and contractual liability language and exposures.

Prior to joining HFW, Gordon spent more than 10 years at a leading international law firm in London, acting in commercial and finance litigation, as well as conducting fraud and regulatory investigations.

Gordon is qualified in England and Wales and Hong Kong.
