About Tiffany

Tiffany is an associate in HFW’s Geneva office. As a key member of its Swiss desk, she regularly advises on employment matters and labour law disputes, corporate and commercial matters, civil and criminal litigation, immigration law and debt collection proceedings. Her non-contentious experience includes drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including share and asset purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements as well as employment and commercial contracts.

In addition to her practice as a lawyer, Tiffany is a judicial clerk at the Geneva Labour Court, which gives her invaluable insight into the inner proceedings of the Court. In such capacity, she also drafts the judgments rendered by the Court.

Prior to joining HFW, Tiffany worked as an associate in a local Swiss law firm with particular focus on civil, administrative and criminal litigation.

Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws from the University of Geneva, as well as a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions. She also spent one semester at the University of Glasgow.

Tiffany is fluent in French, English and Portuguese. Tiffany is qualified in Switzerland.
