About Stevana

Stevana is an experienced construction lawyer (practising at both the front-end and back-end) and commercial litigator. She is primarily involved in commercial and industrial construction, infrastructure, development, maintenance, and operation projects involving public and private partners.

Stevana has acted on complex disputes that have resulted in domestic and cross-border litigation, expert determination, and arbitration. She is regularly involved in commercial and construction disputes in the Supreme Courts of New South Wales, Victoria, the Australian Capital Territory, and Western Australia and the Federal Court. Stevana also acts on matters in the Federal Court in judicial review applications of administrative decisions.
