Monika has a wealth of experience in large-scale disputes involving the Corporations Act (including breaches of directors duties and shareholder actions), contractual disputes and contentious insolvency matters. While Monika’s practice spans various industry sectors, she specialises notably in disputes within the energy, resources, mining, and mining services sectors.
