About Madeline

Madeline is an Aerospace lawyer based in HFW’s Paris office since 2021.

She advises national and international clients on disputes in matters relating to air and land transportation, involving transport law, insurance law and commercial law: major international aviation catastrophes, personal injury and property damage, passengers and cargo claims, contractual liability and tort.

Madeline also assists transport operators with a variety of issues (contract, regulatory or corporate aspects) and contractual reviews (conditions of carriage, general terms and conditions, purchase agreements, etc).

Before joining our firm, Madeline worked in a number of law firms specialising in international business law on both contentious and transactional matters.

Madeline is a French native and speaks fluent English.
