About Livija

Livija is an associate in the Commodities team in Sydney.

She has experience acting for P&I clubs, vessel owners, charterers, freight forwarders, stevedores and warehousing operators in contentious and non-contentious matters including in respect of damage to cargo, damage to vessels, vessel arrests, the sale and purchase of commodities, and contracts of carriage (including bills of lading, contracts of affreightment and charter parties).

She has also advised and represented insurers and vessel operators, including cruise line operators, on personal injury matters.

Livija is a Committee member of the Women’s International Shipping & Trading Association in Australia (WISTA Australia) in the positions of Public Officer and Memberships Officer.
