About Holly
Holly is a Senior Associate (New Zealand Qualified) in the construction team at HFW, based in London.
She advises contractors, consultants, employers, subcontractors, and insurers on a wide range of construction disputes. Prior to joining HFW’s office in London, Holly was based in New Zealand. She has extensive experience in construction disputes including delay, variations, defects and negligent building claims. She has acted on all dispute resolution processes including adjudication, mediation, arbitration, and litigation (including appearing in the Supreme Court of New Zealand).
Holly recently represented a major international contractor in a high-profile renewable energy project dispute, relating to the construction of a geothermal powerplant.
She is passionate about finding innovative solutions to complex construction disputes and is dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
