Grégoire is an Associate in the financing team in Paris.

He specialises in domestic and cross-border leveraged buyouts (LBOs), as well as corporate and acquisition finance, working for corporate borrowers, sponsors, and their portfolio companies in connection with a wide variety of financings, including in particular syndicated loans, unitranches, PIK, second liens and mezzanines.

Grégoire is a French native and speaks fluent English. He is also a member of the Paris Bar.
