Grace has worked on a range corporate and commercial matters. Grace has experience advising on private mergers and acquisitions, acting both for buyers and sellers, drafting commercial contracts in the retail, commodities, and logistics sectors, and advising on infrastructure projects, particularly in respect of ports and terminals. Grace’s matters have involved multiple jurisdictions including the UK, USA, Middle East, Africa and Asia and clients in the logistics, shipping, energy, insurance, and commodities sectors. Grace completed a secondment at HFW’s Singapore Office.

Grace is a qualified lawyer in England and Wales and speaks conversational Italian.
