Dominic is a special counsel in our Sydney office with expertise in complex commercial and employment litigation, white collar crime and misconduct investigations.
Dominic’s clients include public and private companies, boards and high net worth individuals across a range of industries – including financial services, insurance, engineering, mining, manufacturing, construction and professional services.
Dominic has acted in proceedings in all Australian jurisdictions, including proceedings in the NSW Court of Appeal, the Full Court of the Federal Court, and the High Court of Australia and has developed a specialised practice in the enforcement of post-employment contractual and common law duties, including restraints of trade and protection from misuse of confidential information.
Dominic also regularly presents at seminars on topics including restraints of trade, misappropriation and misuse of confidential information and internal data security.
