About Claudia

Claudia is an associate in the Insurance Group in Sydney. Claudia brings valuable knowledge to complex insurance related litigation arising out of a range of contractual and insurance related disputes.

During her tenure at HFW, Claudia has contributed to both the Sydney and Melbourne offices, notably working on one of the highest quantum litigations in Australian history for a major insurance broker related to Greensill, with proceedings continuing in the Federal Court of Australia.

Before her admission, Claudia played a key role in the settlement of a $500m sale of business during her Corporate and Commercial rotation. Prior to that, she served as an Associate at the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. Claudia also gained substantial experience as a paralegal, working on both contentious and non-contentious general commercial and corporate matters, with a strong focus on dispute resolution, commercial litigation, and advisory work.
