Brian is a senior associate in our Hong Kong Construction group. Brian’s practice includes handling arbitration, litigation, and compliance work in the construction sector.
Brian’s construction arbitration experience includes pursuing and defending claims for delays, defects, loss of profits and outstanding work. He also has experience in commercial transactions, contract drafting and advisory work, including advising on Hong Kong competition law.
