Ben specialises in transactional corporate and commercial law, including M&A, disposals of businesses, assets and shares with a particular focus in the Infrastructure & Energy sector.

Ben is qualified in England and Wales. In the past, Ben has worked at a major UK law firm. Ben holds a LL.M. in Commercial Legal Practice and a First-Class Honours degree, LLB Law, from the University of Leeds.

Prior to Ben’s legal career, he competed at the 2014 Winter Paralympic Games in Sochi, Russia. Ben trained and travelled extensively in preparation for the Games across the Northern and Southern hemispheres.
