About Anna

Anna is an associate in the London Transactional Shipping Team, specialising in ship finance and the sale and purchase of a wide range of maritime assets. Her finance experience includes advising lenders and borrowers on a diverse range of financing arrangements, including debt and equity financing and lease financing.

Prior to qualification as an associate at HFW, Anna worked in HFW’s completion services team in London and Piraeus, during which time she was responsible for the smooth completion of a large number of ship sale and purchase transactions. She also spent seven months supporting the HFW shipping litigation team in London, where she worked on admiralty & crisis management and dry shipping cases, acting for owners, charterers, and P&I clubs.

Anna has also spent time working with HFW’s Piraeus office and speaks fluent Greek.

She is qualified in England and Wales.
