About Alexander

Alexander has broad experience in M&A transactions, projects, ECM and corporate governance. He has acted on a range of cross-border and Australian M&A transactions including clients in the mining, agribusinesses, nutrition and tech sectors and has advised on a range of port and oil & gas projects.

Alexander’s work includes:

  • Centaur Resources Limited: assisting with the sale of a lithium brine project in Argentina to Arena Minerals Inc.
  • Ramelius Resources (ASX: RMS): assisting with the capital raise and purchase of the Edna May gold mine in Western Australia from Evolution Mining Limited (ASX: EVN) for a combination of cash and RMS shares.
  • The Beauty Health Company (NASDAQ: SKIN): assisting with the acquisition of the exclusive distribution business for HydraFacial in Australia and New Zealand.
  • SDG FairBreak Invitational T20 2022: assisting with initial structuring advice and negotiation of key agreements (e.g. player contracts, sponsorship agreements etc.) required for the establishment of a world leading international female cricketing tournament and subsequent tournaments.
  • PrimeQ: Assisting during the restructure and eventual scheme of arrangement process for the sale of an Oracle cloud systems integrator to Accenture.
