Serena is a legal director in the Employment team in the Perth office. With over two decades in the field, Serena interweaves practical knowledge with legal acuity in her role as a lawyer. Serena offers a depth of expertise and personalised approach to the diverse legal challenges faced by employers.

Her commitment to understanding each client’s unique needs, combined with her proactive approach to legal problem solving, ensures employers are expertly represented, protected, and guided in all aspects of Australian employment, industrial relations and workplace health and safety law

Recognising that no two employment matters are the same, Serena delves into the intricacies of each matter and places a strong emphasis on building trusted and collaborative relationships with her clients and their key stakeholders to gain a deeper understanding of their business. This enables her to tailor legal strategies that align with her clients’ commercial objectives

Adopting a client-centred approached, Serena is passionate about empowering her clients to navigate legal challenges with confidence and takes the time to educate her clients about their rights and obligations, ensuring they are well-informed throughout the process.

Serena holds a Bachelor of Arts from UWA and Master of Law and Legal Practice from the University of Technology, Sydney. Serena is a licensed private investigator in Western Australia and possesses extensive experience in conducting workplace investigations.
