HFW Advises VoxSmart On Communications Tech Acquisition

HFW advised communications surveillance technology company VoxSmart on its acquisition of US-based GreenKey Technologies, a speech recognition and natural language processing (NLP) platform for financial markets.

VoxSmart designs, develops and deploys cloud-based mobile recording and communications surveillance technology for global financial institutions.

The acquisition will enable VoxSmart to rapidly accelerate growth and position the company as the market leader in NLP and voice analytics for financial markets.

It follows a $25 million equity investment from Toscafund earlier in 2021, which was designed to support VoxSmart’s growth.

HFW’s team advising VoxSmart was led by Alex Kyriakoulis and also included Craig Grant.
