The government of Cameroon was advised by Orrick Rambaud Martel: Yves Lepage, Partner and Olivier Mélédo, assisted by Jérémie Bismuth and Tzvétomira Pacheva.

The lenders to COTCO, in a non-objection procedure, were represented by the London office of Clifford Chance: Jeremy Connick, Partner and Peter Horvath.
