HFW welcomes Partner Franck Bernauer to its Paris team

HFW is delighted to announce that we have strengthened the corporate practice in our Paris office, with the arrival of Franck Bernauer, Partner and his Associate Anne Romain-Huttin.

Franck previously worked in the International Division of FIDAL and with Jeantet & Associés (based in Paris and in Eastern Europe). He specialises in transactional M&A, corporate and financial transactions and advises a range of clients in the industrial, engineering and energy sectors.

Together with Anne, who has been his Associate for over 7 years, they will contribute to the development of the firm’s Paris-based transactional practice and will operate both in France and in international and cross-border matters. The arrival of this team will thus create important new synergies across the firm’s core industry sectors, including energy, shipping, aviation and insurance/reinsurance.

Franck will also contribute to the development of the firm’s activities in Africa, for which the Paris office acts as a “hub”, by coordinating all the firm’s initiatives relating to this region.
