HFW continues to grow its finance practice with a new partner joining its Paris office in March 2017

International law firm Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW) continues to strengthen its finance practice with the hire of Richard Jadot, the former Head of banking practice of Hogan Lovells in Paris, who has joined as a Partner in Paris.

Richard Jadot is an experienced banking and finance partner, whose practice focuses on international syndicated loans, acquisition finance, asset finance, factoring and tax-advantaged financings. He is particularly renowned for his expertise and knowledge in the renewable and the aviation sectors.

Richard joins from Hogan Lovells, Paris, where he headed the Banking practice. Before that, he has worked at CMS Francis Lefebvre and Clifford Chance (Paris and Vietnam).

Richard will further grow HFW’s Finance practice in Paris, lead by Jean-Marc Zampa, who joined in April 2015 and more recently Diane de Moüy, who joined in September 2016, both are recognised for their respective wide ranging experience in shipping finance, acquisition finance and corporate finance. Richard’s expertise in acquisition finance, asset finance, project finance and his connections with the finance market will complement the existing Paris office offering and create synergies amongst the HFW Finance team in  London, Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia, as well as with the HFW Energy and Aviation practices.
