HFW's Alex Kemp, Jonathan Goulding (former Royal Navy), Henry Clack, and Simon Maxwell (former Royal Marine) will discuss the implications of the war in Ukraine on shipping and more specifically, what the war may look like and its implications on insurance contracts and charterparties and admiralty and crisis management issues.
We will also hear from Isabel Phillips, part of HFW's sanctions team, who will provide an update on the latest sanctions issues arising out of the war.
