More about Victoria

Victoria is a Senior Associate in the Aerospace team.

Victoria has extensive experience of handling aviation liability claims, often involving multi-jurisdictional issues, for airlines, airports, ground handlers and other aviation service providers (e.g. MROs, ATC). Victoria also has experience of handling claims arising out of major losses, such as the Vauxhall helicopter crash in January 2013 and the total loss of an A310 at Khartoum, Sudan, in 2008.

In addition to her litigation work, Victoria has advised on a number of different regulatory issues, including advising a global internet search provider on consumer legislation issues arising out of its flight search website.

Victoria has a particular interest in advising re/insurers in relation to aviation-related insurance coverage disputes.

Victoria is qualified in England & Wales and joined HFW as a newly-qualified solicitor in March 2012.

We are working with clients across our international network to help them minimise the impact of COVID-19 on their business and to prepare for what's next. To find out more, visit our dedicated Covid-19 hub.

The London office is the firm's largest, with over 250 lawyers.

It offers the full range of services that HFW provides globally, with partners from the London office working closely with all the other HFW offices, as well as in many jurisdictions around the world. HFW moved to its current premises in September 2008, having previously been in nearby Lloyds Avenue for almost 100 years.
