Sean is a senior associate in the employment team in the Sydney office. He has extensive experience in advising employers on all aspects of employment and industrial relations law, across public and private sector organisations and a range of industries.

Sean understands the operational and regulatory contexts of the hotel, accommodation and casino sub-industries and applies this understanding in taking a practical approach to managing the industrial challenges and risks of his clients. He routinely acts for employers in matters before the Fair Work Commission and other tribunals including in unfair dismissal, general protections, discrimination, anti-bullying and dispute applications. Sean also has a track record of attaining effective results for his clients in enterprise agreement matters across their negotiation, approval, transfer, and termination.

He has particular experience in the hospitality industry, gained from his previous senior legal and industrial roles with the Australian hospitality industry's leading industrial association, and a secondment at one of Australia's largest listed hospitality and entertainment employers.
