Phil is an associate in HFW's international construction team, based in London. He specialises in dispute resolution in the construction and engineering sectors.

His early career experience was in general litigation having worked on international arbitrations, insurance litigation, and regulatory and public inquiry investigations.

Phil has focussed in more recent years on construction dispute work, acting for both contractors and employers.

His experience includes acting for the principal contractor for the Grenfell Tower refurbishment project, in respect of the Public Inquiry investigations and related civil claims. Other cases include acting on a large-scale arbitration in relation to the construction of a major health facility in the Middle East.

Phil is qualified in Australia and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland.
