• Design liability in offshore contracting, including the Supreme Court's recent judgment in the Højgaard case.
• Practical approaches to managing defects under offshore wind EPC contracts.
• Practical approaches to preserving Claim entitlement on Offshore Wind Projects with an opportunity to discuss issues during panel Q&A sessions.
