HFW will be hosting part 1 of their Annual Multimodal Seminars.

Summary

The seminar will examine recent trends in procurement and logistics and provide an overview of Incoterms and how they interact with contracts of carriage. It will then explore multimodal bills of lading, looking at their functions and some of the key provisions they commonly contain. Finally there will be an overview of the main international transport conventions, salvage and General Average, and conclude with an analysis of the regulatory issues in relation to sanctions.

HFW Partners, Craig Neame, Justin Reynolds and Daniel Martin, along with Associates, Catherine Emsellem-Rope, Matthew Gore, Matthew Wilmshurst, Tara Johnson and Will Gidman will be speaking.
