Mohamed is a bilingual lawyer and handles shipping and general litigation matters. He has extensive experience in handling litigation matters in various jurisdictions in the Middle East, with a particular focus on the UAE, Kuwait and Egypt. He acts for high profile international and regional clients across shipping, insurance, civil, and commercial litigation along with white collar crime matters involving corporate fraud, bribery, breach of trust, assets tracing and freezing, and forgery of documents.

Mohamed received his Bachelor of Law from Alexandria University in Egypt then obtained Master of Legal Practice from University of Western Sydney in Australia. He also earned Master of International Trade and Commerce Law from Macquarie University in Australia. Mohamed is admitted as lawyer to the Egyptian Bar Association. He is also admitted as solicitor and barrister to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the High Court of Australia and the High Court of New Zealand.

Dubai

The firm's Dubai office opened in 2006 and has grown significantly over the years.

Now with 13 partners, 1 legal director and 26 associates, the office offers both GCC clients and international clients with operations in the region an integrated service covering dispute resolution, transactions and regulation across a number of industry sectors. Our team of lawyers, many of whom are Arabic speakers, come from diverse backgrounds and have a strong understanding of and established working relationships with government departments, regulatory bodies, agencies and locally qualified lawyers throughout the GCC region. Our experience shows that this facilitates the faster resolution of any difficulties our clients face.
