Maïthili acts for a variety of actors in the transport sector. In particular, she advises airlines, airports, aircraft owners, lessors and their insurers in the course of their activities and litigation.

She practices in French and English, in matters generally relating to European and international business law as applied to the aviation sector. She has acted in matters of commercial law, administrative law, labour law and tourism law.

She has also acquired some experience in insolvency and pre-insolvency law.

She is a member of the Paris Bar.
