Summary

Nick Roberson will be giving a chairman's tutorial on the first day, on understanding the background, structure and context of Bills of Lading. Wagner Mesquita will present on day two on P&I developments and issues. James Mackay will present a case study on day three on Bills of Lading as receipts and contracts of carriage, and Matthew Wilmshurst will present a case study during the afternoon of the third day on claims under a combined Bill of Lading.
