Kim is a construction dispute resolution lawyer specialising in large-scale, complex engineering and construction arbitration, adjudication, conciliation and litigation globally, with a focus on the Asia-Pacific region.

Her experience includes disputes arising from the design, building and operation of a world-leading Hong Kong process plant, construction of a military project in Africa, the construction of a major Hong Kong bridge, the foundation works for a large residential project and the adequacy of the design for a technically complex rail project.

Kim is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory and the High Court of Australia and as a Solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong. She is a member of the Society of Construction Law's Australia and Hong Kong branches, the National Association of Women in Construction and the Lighthouse Club of Hong Kong.
